You don’t need to add the gift to your cart—it’ll be automatically included with your order after it’s placed and will appear in your order confirmation. For those who’ve been with Pretty Farm Girl for a while, this new approach is our way of ensuring a seamless experience and showing our gratitude for your dedication and support.  Black Friday - Cyber Monday Sale Simply add enough items to your cart to surpass $100 or $200. 1 free gift item will AUTOMATICALLY appear in your cart. For carts over $200, an additional free gift item will automatically be added to your cart.  Please note: The amount thresholds must be met before initial checkout. Any items added after the initial checkout will not add the free gift items to your order.    Depending on the sale that is running at the time the functionality and rules for getting the free gift may vary. Please refer to your emails or our social media posts for the most accurate and updated information. The following rules and guidelines are the common practices that have helped gifting success the past.  Important Terms and Rules Please note that free gift items are only guaranteed for orders that follow our sale guidelines. Orders that do not adhere to these rules may not include the free gift (for both public sales that add the gifts automatically, or manually for VIP). Promotional codes - including Rewards Points cannot be combined with any other active discount code. Only one discount can be used at a time. Free Gift Items - cannot be included in your order. Adding the 'Free Gift' to your cart may conflict with the free gift offer.  

What is Pretty Farm Girl's Rewards Program?  This program counts points for each purchase you make and then allows you to redeem those points as discounts once milestones are reached. 1 point is counted for each dollar spent. For example, if you place an order with the order total coming to $75, you also earned 75 points to your account. You can also gain points by writing reviews, visiting our Instagram page, etc.  Learn more here. How do I view my rewards? Using the following link, use the email you use to make purchases with Pretty Farm Girl and the password you created: https://prettyfarmgirl.com/pages/rewards-program   How do I use the rewards points? Scroll down until you see “How to Use Your Points”. Select which tier you have unlocked, and click the box that says “Redeem”. Once confirmed, a code will be generated. Please copy this code, and paste it into the discount box when you are checking out with Pretty Farm Girl.    Why am I not seeing my points for past or current purchases? There could be several reasons that your points are not showing up in your account.  1. Our rewards program began in December 2023. Any purchases made before December 2023 are not reflected as points in this new program.  2. The points are connected to email addresses. Therefore, to accumulate points you must use the same email address when placing an order as the one associated with your Rewards Account. If the order you placed has a different email address from the one associated with your account, the points will not show up. Please reach out to our support staff if you have further inquiries regarding your account. 

Why use a cleansing oil? Cleansing oil has been a huge game changer for all kinds of skin types as it cleanses the skin without disrupting it’s natural protective barrier. When harsh soaps and cleansers are used on the skin they often strip this barrier and it causes acne flareups, dry irritated skin, more sensitive skin, dermatitis, rashes, or it leads to an overproduction of oil in the skin as the skin tries to compensate. Oil cleansing improves the skin’s ability to regulate oil production and can then improve these conditions.  As oil attracts oil, it is really effective in removing makeup as well as grease and grime from the day. How to use a cleansing oil Watch our short video on how to use an oil cleanser, or read below.  Step 1: Pump the nozzle 2-3 times to disperse the oil into cleansed hands. Step 2: With around 1 teaspoon of oil, massage the oil into dry skin. For those who prefer to cleanse their skin in the shower, you can also massage the oil into wet skin- however make sure not to get any water into the cleansing oil bottle.  Step 3: After gently yet thoroughly massaging the skin with the oil you can remove the oil with a damp clean washcloth, or with a cotton round. Some prefer to perform a gua sha routine before removing the oil. Visit our Instagram stories for suggestions on a gua sha routine.  After the oil is removed, you can pat the skin dry or let the rest of the oil absorb naturally. 

Here's everything you need to know to get the most out of your new castor oil pack. How to prepare the pack Watch our video on how to use the castor oil pack here, or read below. Once you receive your castor oil pack, we suggest washing it before use. To wash, either hand wash with natural detergent, or machine wash in a mesh wash bag on a delicate setting. Hang to dry. Once dry, locate the cotton side of the castor oil pack. This is the side with our label on it. The reverse side will be a little darker in material. This darker side is where you will apply the castor oil and will face the skin. Dispense about a Tablespoon of castor oil onto the darker side of the pack. Evenly distribute the castor oil into the middle of the pack’s surface area. Keep dry the edges of the pack (around 1-2 inches from the edge).  How to use the pack Watch our video on how to use the castor oil pack here, or read below. Lay the part of the pack with the castor oil directly on the skin of your abdomen, between your ribcage and hips.  Keeping the pack flat on your skin, tie the elastic bands securely but comfortably. Some may tie the bands on their back, while other wrap the band around the back and tie in the front of the body.  Leave the pack on for at least 1 hour. If possible, sleep with the pack on overnight.  How to wash the pack There are several ways you can wash your castor oil pack. Here are some suggestions: 1. Boil water and add two tablespoons of baking soda and a couple drops of natural dish soap. Add the pack and let it soak for 5 minutes. Rinse, and let air dry. 2. Boil water, and add 2 tablespoons of baking soda and a couple drops of natural dish soap. Soak the pack overnight in the bowl. In the morning, hand wash with warm water and wring it out very well. Let air dry. 3. Put the pack in the washing machine (or even dish washer without dishes included) on hot temperature with natural detergent. Let air dry.
