Directions

Avoid taking during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Take 1-2 capsules daily with food (never on an empty stomach or nausea may occur). Increase to 3 capsules if needed. If you weigh less than 125 lb, 2 capsules is all you need.

For those who get too relaxed from 5-HTP, we recommend taking in the evening.
