This Davids tube is made from aluminum metal. There is a non-bpa food grade liner on the inside of the tube, so there is no paste to metal contact.

Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) helps neutralize the acids in your mouth which in turns helps kill the bad bacteria that forms plaque. Since plaque is what causes cavities, the baking soda is a critical ingredient for making Davids toothpaste effectively maintain oral health.

Xylitol is found as a natural compound in grapes, strawberries, fruits and vegetables, and onions. Clinical studies show that xylitol is helpful for remineralizing dental enamel and preventing bacteria from eroding the teeth. Xylitol has also been shown to support proper oral pH levels by stimulating saliva production and keeping an alkaline environment in the mouth to help strengthen tooth enamel.

Brushing with Davids along the gum line helps reduce/prevent the plaque buildup under the gums, which helps maintain gum health.

Use

Gently brush the teeth and gums with a drop of this toothpaste. You can add a tooth oil for added benefits. For optimal benefits, swish the toothpaste for an additional minute before spitting. Do not rinse mouth after. The longer you keep the paste in direct contact with the teeth after brushing, the better results you will experience.

Tongue scraping is a quick and easy habit that improves your oral ecology and your well-being. Tongue scraping is an ancient Ayurvedic oral care remedy that rids the mouth of bacteria and build-up that contribute to poor oral ecology. It effectively removes dead skin cells, food particles, fungus, and bacteria from the surface of the tongue.

Tongue scraping also eliminates bad breath, prevents cavities, improves internal organ function, and aids digestion.

How to Scrape Your Tongue

1. Check tongue for changes. Before scraping, examine your tongue in the mirror. Note the color of your tongue and the texture of any film or buildup. Look at your tongue every time you scrape so you can closely monitor its health.

2. Scrape back to front. The majority of bacteria that collect on the tongue hang out near the back where it is dark and warm. Gently glide across the surface of the tongue, scraping from the back to the front.

4. Rinse between each scrape. Rinse the scraper with warm water to remove the residue that has collected on the scraper.

5. Repeat 7 to 10 times. You may find that quick strokes of the scraper are more effective at removing buildup than one long scrape.

6. Wash. Use soap and warm water to clean theTongue Scraper after each use. Use one of these natural sanitizers on the scraper once a month:

• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to one tablespoon of baking soda. Rub the mixture onto your scraper with your fingers or a dry cloth and then rinse with water.
• Mix salt with a few teaspoons of vinegar or lemon juice and pour the mixture over your tongue scraper. Rinse with water and dry before using.

Breast Massage

Breast massage may be performed at any point in the menstrual cycle depending on your comfort. Our breast tissue extends from the breastbone in the center of the chest to the underarms, and from below the collarbone down to the sixth or seventh rib.

 Put 1-2 drops of Breast Massage Oil on each hand and place your hands under the breasts. Massage inward and upward in a circular motion, slowly covering the entire chest. Use this time to become familiar with how your breasts feel.

A note on our natural deodorant: This is a natural deodorant; not an antiperspirant. SUGGESTED USE

*Gently push up on tube to access desired amount of deodorant. 

Swipe onto under arms, massaging deodorant in with fingers as necessary to ensure full absorption. Don't be afraid to give yourself a loving lymphatic massage!

Store in a cool, dry place.

*Note: For first use, you will likely need to push with more force to loosen the product. Do so firmly but in a controlled manner to avoid pushing too much product out at once. If this happens, you should be able to gently push product down with palm of hand.
