Nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HA) is a revolutionary material with a wide use in dentistry. Nano-hydroxyapatite is a biocompatible mineral form of calcium apatite that naturally occurs in our teeth, saliva, and bones. It has been shown to whiten and strengthen teeth by sealing the pores of the surface of the enamel. In the 1970s, NASA studied HAp to help prevent bone loss in astronauts related to zero-gravity conditions. Since then it has been used in professional oral care fields. Many dentists find it both superior to and safer than fluoride.

This Davids tube is made from aluminum metal. There is a non-bpa food grade liner on the inside of the tube, so there is no paste to metal contact.

Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) helps neutralize the acids in your mouth which in turns helps kill the bad bacteria that forms plaque. Since plaque is what causes cavities, the baking soda is a critical ingredient for making Davids toothpaste effectively maintain oral health.

Xylitol is found as a natural compound in grapes, strawberries, fruits and vegetables, and onions. Clinical studies show that xylitol is helpful for remineralizing dental enamel and preventing bacteria from eroding the teeth. Xylitol has also been shown to support proper oral pH levels by stimulating saliva production and keeping an alkaline environment in the mouth to help strengthen tooth enamel.

Brushing with Davids along the gum line helps reduce/prevent the plaque buildup under the gums, which helps maintain gum health.

Gently brush the teeth and gums with a drop of this toothpaste. You can add a tooth oil for added benefits. For optimal benefits, swish the toothpaste for an additional minute before spitting. Do not rinse mouth after. The longer you keep the paste in direct contact with the teeth after brushing, the better results you will experience.
