Simply apply organic castor oil to the soft cotton side of the pack and wear for at least 1 hour, or overnight.

Avoid use during pregnancy and consult your doctor before use while breastfeeding.

Some suggestions on washing your Castor Oil Pack:

1. Boil water and add two tablespoons of baking soda and a couple drops of natural dish soap. Add the pack and let it soak for 5 minutes. Rinse, and let air dry.
2. Boil water, and add 2 tablespoons of baking soda and a couple drops of natural dish soap. Soak the pack overnight in the bowl. In the morning, hand wash with warm water and wring it out very well. Let air dry.
3. Put the pack in the washing machine (or even dish washer without dishes included) on hot temperature with natural detergent. Let air dry.
