Step 1: Pump a small amount of shampoo into your hands, rub together, and apply directly to your scalp. Massage thoroughly. You may not see much foam, as the suds are attaching to dirt and oils, effectively cleansing your scalp.

Step 2: Wash away the suds, removing dirt, oil, and buildup. Repeat with another small pump of shampoo. This time, you’ll see more foam as the shampoo nourishes your clean hair and scalp with its nutrients and oils.

Step 3: Cleanse thoroughly, rinse, and follow with conditioner.
