Wash your hands. Deposit 1 Tablespoon of grains into the palm of your hands or into a clean mixing bowl. Mix a 1 Tablespoon or less of water or honey and make a paste. Leave on for a bit to enjoy the benefits and then rinse with warm water. Follow with a toner and serum. Enjoy the glow!

We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.

Expedited shipping methods (Priority, 3-day, 2-day shipping) only apply to the transit time once the package is with the mail carrier and do not speed up the order processing/fulfillment time.

We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pretty Farm Girl offers Sustainability & Coverage from Corso as shipping protection. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Please contact customerservice@prettyfarmgirl.com for assistance with these claims. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors. 

HEAT WARNING: From May - September, your body butter or face cream may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.

As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, however if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state. 

We are doing as much as we can on our end to ship our body butters and face creams in a condition that will not melt.

The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.

We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. (Please note that shipping time does not affect processing time to pack the order)

If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify. 

The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.

"WOW! Really! I enjoy using these grains daily to every other day, I use then more on the “mask” side vs. just rubbing them on my face. I add the recommended amount of grains to a small bowl and either add water or honey, depending. With water, the mask will actually dry on my skin and become tight. I add warm water and grently rub the dried grains off my face. I am left with glowing skin and clean pores. I will use honey if my face needs a little exta TLC. This stuff is wonderful and extremly gental on my 39 year old hormonal cystic acne prone skin. After switching my entire skin care line to PFG, I have not had any issues with my hormonal acne!"

Feels kind of like a face mask

"this powder smells so delicious it makes me want to eat it! It's really powerful in a sense that it sticks to your skin. Make sure you rinse/gently scrub it out really well. Or else it left a green hue. Jump scare on my picture, but it's smooth and a beuatiful match green! My only disappointment is that I can't really bring it in the shower with me. But I can make the powder and put it on before I shower and remove in the shower."
