If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.
HEAT WARNING: From May - September, your body butter or face cream may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.
As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, however if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state.
We are doing as much as we can on our end to ship our body butters and face creams in a condition that will not melt.
The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.
We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. (Please note that shipping time does not affect processing time to pack the order)
If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify.
The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.
