Gently brush and style your hair as normal.

Brush care:
Clean the brush regularly: Remove hair from the bristles after each use. Every few weeks, wash the brush by gently scrubbing the bristles with a mild shampoo and warm water. Avoid soaking the bamboo base.

Dry thoroughly: After cleaning, let the brush air dry completely to prevent moisture buildup, which can cause the bamboo to warp.

Store properly: Keep your bamboo hairbrush in a dry area, away from excessive heat or direct sunlight, which can cause the wood to crack or dry out.

Order Processing

We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pretty Farm Girl offers Sustainability & Coverage from Corso as shipping protection. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Please contact Sydney@prettyfarmgirl.com for assistance with these claims. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. Failure to include the Insurance in your order will void a refund or replacement of lost or damaged orders.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. We cannot accept unused or unopened products 7 days after order delivery. 

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Pretty Farm Girl is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.

We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.
