How to Make a Tart Cherry Relaxing Mocktail

This calming, citrusy mocktail is filled with natural ingredients that support sleep, keep your hormones happy, and help your body relax.

Tart cherry juice for relaxation, citrus for vitamin C + gentle detox support, ginger + mint for happy digestion, all topped with bubbly sparkling water. This mocktail is filled with antioxidants, gentle electrolytes, and soothing heros to support hydration, digestion, and relaxation.

Ingredients:
.05oz maple syrup
1 small knob of ginger
1 sprig of rosemary
A handful of mint
1oz lemon water
1oz lime juice
8oz tart cherry juice
sparkling water

Instructions:
1.) In a cocktail shaker, muddle the maple syrup, ginger, rosemary, and mint until everything is fragrant and well combined.
2.) Add the lemon water, lime juice, and tart cherry juice over the muddled herbs.
3.) Shake all together.
4.) Fill two glasses with ice and pour the mocktail mixture halfway into each one.
5.) Top with sparkling water of your choice, give it a gentle stir, and enjoy!
