Arctic Berry Peel & Peptide Illuminating System by Eminence Organic Skin Care

Keep your skin radiant in-between spa treatments with this innovative three-step peel and peptide system which awakens the skin’s natural inner beauty using an exquisite blend of arctic berries, lingonberry seed oil and hibiscus seed extract.

• Exfoliate -  Arctic Berry Enzyme Exfoliant 1 oz / 30 ml 
• Activate - Arctic Berry Advanced Peel Activator MA10 1 oz / 30 ml 
• Illuminate - Arctic Berry Peptide Radiance Cream 1 oz / 30 ml 

Test a small area for sensitivity – discontinue or reduce usage if irritating to skin.

Step 1: Exfoliate – Arctic Berry Enzyme Exfoliant

Apply the Step 1 Enzyme Exfoliant to cleansed face with fingertips, starting with the forehead, then cheeks, then jaw and finally upper lip and surrounding areas to treat the entire face. Avoid the eye area and active acne lesions. You may feel a tingly or warm feeling during application. Do not remove, leave the Enzyme Exfoliant on your face and continue with Step 2 Arctic Berry Advanced Peel Activator MA10.

Step 2: Activate – Arctic Berry Advanced Peel Activator MA10

Immediately after the application of the Step 1 Enzyme Exfoliant, layer on 1 1/2 full droppers of Step 2 Arctic Berry Advanced Peel Activator MA10. Apply product to face starting with the forehead, then cheeks, then jaw and finally upper lip and surrounding area until the entire face is treated. Avoid the eye area and active acne lesions. Gently scrub the skin in a circular motion for 1 to 3 minutes. You may feel a tingly or warm feeling during application.

Using the same application process, add another layer of 1 1/2 full droppers of the Advanced Peel Activator MA10 to the face and gently scrub the skin for less than 1 minute, then leave the mixture on your skin for up to 5 minutes. Thoroughly remove all product with a warm, damp towel. In case of excessive stinging or irritation, remove product immediately using a warm, damp towel.
Steps 1 and 2 can be used once or twice per week.

Step 3: Illuminate – Arctic Berry Peptide Radiance Cream

Apply a thin layer of Step 3 Arctic Berry Peptide Radiance Cream to the face, neck and décolleté and massage lightly into the skin until absorbed. Leave on.
Use daily for deep lasting hydration and absolute radiance.

We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.

Expedited shipping methods (Priority, 3-day, 2-day shipping) only apply to the transit time once the package is with the mail carrier and do not speed up the order processing/fulfillment time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pretty Farm Girl offers Sustainability & Coverage from Corso as shipping protection. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Please contact customerservice@prettyfarmgirl.com for assistance with these claims. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. Failure to include the Insurance in your order will void a refund or replacement of lost or damaged orders.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.  

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Pretty Farm Girl is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.

We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors. 

HEAT WARNING: From May - September, your body butter or face cream may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.

As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, however if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state. 

We are doing as much as we can on our end to ship our body butters and face creams in a condition that will not melt.

The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.

We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. (Please note that shipping time does not affect processing time to pack the order)

If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify. 

The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.
