Made from the root of the konjac plant, this naturally soft and porous sponge gently exfoliates, deeply cleanses, and balances your skin’s pH without the need for harsh chemicals or artificial additives.

Perfect for all skin types—including sensitive, acne-prone, and mature skin—our konjac sponge helps to remove dirt, excess oil, and dead skin cells while encouraging circulation for a healthy, radiant glow. It’s so gentle that it can be used daily, either on its own with warm water or paired with your favorite toxin-free cleanser.

As a completely natural and biodegradable skincare tool, the konjac sponge is a sustainable alternative to synthetic exfoliators. Over time, it slowly wears down and can be composted, leaving behind no waste—just beautifully refreshed skin.

Pure Konjac, cotton string

Soak in warm water until soft and expanded.
Massage onto your face using circular motions, with or without cleanser.
Rinse thoroughly and hang to dry after each use.

Order Processing

We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.

Expedited shipping methods (Priority, 3-day, 2-day shipping) only apply to the transit time once the package is with the mail carrier and do not speed up the order processing/fulfillment time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pretty Farm Girl offers Sustainability & Coverage from Corso as shipping protection. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Please contact Sydney@prettyfarmgirl.com for assistance with these claims. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. Failure to include the Insurance in your order will void a refund or replacement of lost or damaged orders.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.  

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Pretty Farm Girl is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.
