We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.

If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. Failure to include the Insurance in your order will void a refund or replacement of lost or damaged orders.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.
We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Pretty Farm Girl is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.
We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.
As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, however if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state.
We are doing as much as we can on our end to ship our body butters and face creams in a condition that will not melt.
The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.
We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. (Please note that shipping time does not affect processing time to pack the order)
If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify.

"I love this toner! It’s so refreshing, and has a nice light clean smell to it. I’ve been using it along with the clarifying cleansing oil and the clarifying serum, and they have done wonders for my acne and overall skin tone! I had broken out horribly, and after using the set morning and night for a few days, it was all but gone and healed up! I could tell after the first use that my skin was happy and calmer. 10/10"

"I was a little apprehensive to buy this set thinking it was a little expensive, but it is definitely worth the money. A little of each product goes a long way and each product serves its purpose. I have only started using them for a couple days and I can already tell my problems that I have with going through menopause have already started feeling less dry and more healthy and moisturized without any breakouts. Just starting with the blue beauty soap bar leaves my skin feeling so clean and moistuized. I have never experienced that before. Normally after cleansing I experience the tight skin feeling and have to get moisturizer on right away. At the end of the routine applying the blue beauty moisturizer I feel like I've had a luxurious fancy spa treatment on my face. In the morning after applying this luxurious treatment I'll apply my Odacite tinted moisturizer with sunscreen that I also purchase from prettyfarmgirl which is also worth the money and gives me the right amount of natural feeling coverage. At the end of the day I use my clear and calm routine again and my face feels so moisturized and clean before bed. The smell of these products in this set are very light and pretty. It reminds me of honeysuckle. Thank you pretty farm girl for providing all of these amazing and natural products that are so effective and luxurious. "From the nice glass bottle, to the perfect burst of spray, I love Clarifying Toner for when my skin needs that those ingredients I have all of the PFG Toners because I just couldn’t resist! Each one I tried, led me to ordering another version. I was very pleasantly surprised with both the Chamomile & Cucumber Toners. Yummy scents & very refreshing. Will be buying all again!!"
