How to Use Tiger Eye Mushroom Stones for Self-Facials

1. Cleanse Your Face
Start with a clean, dry face. Wash with a gentle cleanser and pat your skin dry.

2. Apply a Facial Oil or Serum
Apply a few drops of your favorite facial oil or serum (like a jojoba-based blend) to help the stones glide smoothly across your skin and avoid tugging.

3. Use Gentle, Upward Motions
Hold the mushroom stone with the rounded side facing your skin. Using gentle pressure:

Forehead: Glide from the center of your forehead outward toward the temples.

Eyes: Gently circle the area around the eyes to help reduce puffiness—be especially delicate here.

Cheeks: Sweep from the sides of your nose toward your ears.

Jawline: Glide from your chin along the jaw and up toward the ear to support lymphatic flow.

Neck: Stroke downward along the sides of the neck to encourage lymphatic drainage.

4. Chill for Extra Benefits (Optional)
You can place the stones in the fridge before use for a cooling effect to help with inflammation and puffiness.

5. Clean After Use
Wipe the stones clean with a soft cloth and a little gentle soap and water. Dry thoroughly.

Order Processing

We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.

Expedited shipping methods (Priority, 3-day, 2-day shipping) only apply to the transit time once the package is with the mail carrier and do not speed up the order processing/fulfillment time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pretty Farm Girl offers Sustainability & Coverage from Corso as shipping protection. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Please contact Sydney@prettyfarmgirl.com for assistance with these claims. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. Failure to include the Insurance in your order will void a refund or replacement of lost or damaged orders.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.  

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Pretty Farm Girl is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.

We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors. 

HEAT WARNING: From May - September, your body butter or face cream may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.

As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, however if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state. 

We are doing as much as we can on our end to ship our body butters and face creams with ice packs in orders that have added on the ice pack to purchase. 

With the ice pack and insulated bag packing, some have reported that the creams arrive still cool from the quality of the ice packs, while others have reported that the packs are warm when they arrive. The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.

We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. (Please note that shipping time does not affect processing time to pack the order)

If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify. 

The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.
