If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.

We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.
As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, however if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state.
We are doing as much as we can on our end to ship our body butters and face creams in a condition that will not melt.
The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.
We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. (Please note that shipping time does not affect processing time to pack the order)
If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify.

"Love the natural, non-toxic ingredients. The scent is pretty potent tho. I am sensitive to smells/fragrances. You get used to it once it’s been on for a bit. My skin is extremely dry and sensitive, which doesn’t allow me a lot of options for skincare products. This product does not irritate my skin one bit and leaves it pretty hydrated. My huge gripe about the product is that it never arrives as a cream. It’s always halfway melted. It’s packaged with an ice pack that’s melted and warm by the time it arrives. I have never received a cream moisturizer. On the recent subscriptions I noticed a note stating to throw it in the refrigerator for a bit to solidify contents. It does solidify a bit, but doesn’t create a cream base. After sitting in the cabinet for a day or longer it’s back to a liquid type base. If I could enjoy the cream moisturizer I would give it another star. It also goes quickly (less than a month). And the cost is steep for liquid moisturizer and less than a month of use. I will continue to use it until I find something more suitable."
