When will my pre-order ship? +
We expect your order to ship on August 24th. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.
How long is the pre-order available? +
Pre-orders are open from August 19th through August 21st, or while the available seasonal batch lasts.
Is Pumpkin + Cream available year-round? +
No. Pumpkin + Cream is a limited seasonal release and is only available for a short time during pumpkin season.
What happens if the first batch sells out? +
Once the available batch is fully reserved, the pre-order may close early. We may release another batch later in the season, but availability isn’t guaranteed.
Can I order more than one bar? +
Yes — you can pre-order multiple Pumpkin + Cream Soap Bars while inventory is available.
Will I be charged when I place my pre-order? +
Yes. Your full order will be charged at checkout, just like a regular Pretty Farm Girl order.
What if my order contains other products? +
If your order includes both Pumpkin + Cream Soap Bars and other in-stock products, your order will be shipped in two separate packages. Your in-stock items will ship first, and your Pumpkin + Cream pre-order will ship separately once it’s ready.
