Free Gifts FAQ

We love to gift our customers with free items from time to time! Some of our gift sales are for our VIP community only, while others are public to everyone. 

We're excited to share that this time, we're making free gifts easier than ever! You don’t need to add the gift to your cart—it’ll be automatically included with your cart once it's reached the free gift requirements. For those who’ve been with Pretty Farm Girl for a while, this new approach is our way of ensuring a seamless experience and showing our gratitude for your dedication and support. 

Depending on the sale that is running at the time the functionality and rules for getting the free gift may vary. Please refer to your emails or our social media posts for the most accurate and updated information.

The following rules and guidelines are the common practices that have helped gifting success the past. 

Important Terms and Rules

Please note that free gift items are only guaranteed for orders that follow our sale guidelines. Orders that do not adhere to these rules may not include the free gift (for both public sales that add the gifts automatically, or manually for VIP).
  • Cart Value Threshold -  The order total must be over the threshold without shipping fees and before taxes.
  • Promotional codes - including Rewards Points cannot be combined with any other active discount code. Only one discount can be used at a time.

Special VIP Offers

While we strive for automation, if you are offered a free gift directly from our VIP list you may have to manually add the gift to your cart and use a discount code to receive it for free. If this is the case, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Add items to your cart until the order total is over the required amount before shipping fees and taxes.
  2. Once your cart is over the required value, then add the free gift item to your cart.
