We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.
Expedited shipping methods (Priority, 3-day, 2-day shipping) only apply to the transit time once the package is with the mail carrier and do not speed up the order processing/fulfillment time.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Pretty Farm Girl offers Sustainability & Coverage from Corso as shipping protection. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Please contact customerservice@prettyfarmgirl.com for assistance with these claims. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. Failure to include the Insurance in your order will void a refund or replacement of lost or damaged orders.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.
We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Pretty Farm Girl is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.
We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.
HEAT WARNING: From May - September, your body butter or face cream may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.
As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, however if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state.
We are doing as much as we can on our end to ship our body butters and face creams in a condition that will not melt.
The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.
We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. (Please note that shipping time does not affect processing time to pack the order)
If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify.
The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.

"I was a little reluctant to try this product due to the cost, but after reading the reviews and product summary and with the wonderful experience I have had using Pretty Farm Girl products, I decided to splurge. I am so glad I did. With my mature skin I have been having a hard time finding a "clean" makeup or tinted sunscreen to not irritate, dry or show all my fine lines so I haven't been wearing anything. This product is amazing. It doesn't show my fine lines. Yay!! I am so excited to wear a little makeup coverage with sunscreen. I don't even have to use a face oil prior to application, just my morning application of Pretty Farm Girl tallow lotion after my shower. Turns out, this tinted sunscreen is actually cost effective because you only need one pump of the product for your entire face and neck. It feels so moisturizing and goes on so easily and smooth with just your clean hands. I don't even need to use a makeup sponge. I leave it on all day because it looks so pretty and natural and feels so moisturizing. I wash it off before bed.
