This is because our natural Stevia and peppermint powders don't fully react with the ozonated oil until they are bound by your saliva as you brush. Kaolin Clay - Kaolin is a natural white clay that acts as a safe and effective cleaning and polishing agent.

Bamboo Stem Extract - Assists with polishing and whitening the teeth.

Calcium Carbonate - Calcium carbonate is an abrasive material that helps remove surface stains and plaque while assisting in remineralizing the teeth.

Baking Soda - Baking soda is another great abrasive that helps remove plaque and whiten teeth.

Gardenia Blue - Gardenia Blue is a natural plant extract that can assist in whitening the teeth.

Stevia Powder - Helps enhance the taste and reduces plaque buildup.

Peppermint Powder - Helps enhance the taste while providing a fresh sensation in the mouth.

Gum Acacia - Gum Acacia is a natural ingredient derived from the sap of the Acacia senegal tree which helps bind the ingredients together.

Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate - Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate is a naturally derived sudsing agent that comes from coconuts. This generates the foam which helps evenly distribute the ozonated oil and other ingredients to the teeth.

Pour a small amount (1/8 tsp) into your hand, wet your toothbrush, and scoop the powder up with your toothbrush. Brush as normal.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. For long term storage, keep in refrigerator.

We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pretty Farm Girl offers Sustainability & Coverage from Corso as shipping protection. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Please contact Sydney@prettyfarmgirl.com for assistance with these claims. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. Failure to include the Insurance in your order will void a refund or replacement of lost or damaged orders.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. We cannot accept unused or unopened products 7 days after order delivery. 

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Pretty Farm Girl is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.
