For those dealing with dryness, redness, or irritation often find tallow comforting. With no fillers or harsh additives, it’s gentle enough for daily use, even on easily upset skin, and also makes for a great option for new mothers and their children.
Tallow is rich in fatty acids that closely resemble the natural oils in our skin. Because of this, it absorbs beautifully and supports the skin barrier instead of disrupting it.
Tallow contains fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K, which support skin renewal, elasticity, and overall skin health without needing a long ingredient list.
A lot of women tried tallow once and didn’t love it, which usually comes down to how it was made. Poorly rendered or unwhipped tallow can feel heavy or waxy. When tallow is properly rendered and whipped, it becomes light, creamy, and sinks into the skin beautifully.
