We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.

We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.
As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, however if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state.
We are doing as much as we can on our end to ship our body butters and face creams in a condition that will not melt.
The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.
We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. (Please note that shipping time does not affect processing time to pack the order)
If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify.

"This exfoliating strap is really well made and works wonderfully for exfoliating and washing my back. After using it for awhile in the shower it does get softer and stretched which makes it nicer to use, but didn't stretch enough for my husband to use with his broad shoulders. It does take awhile to dry out even after wringing it out, but eventually dries out nicely and has a nice clean and earthy smell."
