Lost or Damaged Packages
Pretty Farm Girl offers Sustainability & Coverage from Corso as shipping protection. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.
HEAT WARNING: From May - September, your body butter or face cream may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.
As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, however if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state.
We are doing as much as we can on our end to ship our body butters and face creams with ice packs in orders that have added on the ice pack to purchase.
With the ice pack and insulated bag packing, some have reported that the creams arrive still cool from the quality of the ice packs, while others have reported that the packs are warm when they arrive. The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.
We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. (Please note that shipping time does not affect processing time to pack the order)
If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify.
The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.

High quality, but didn’t work for my acne
"I’ve had acne for many years, ever since I was a teenager. I’m now 23, and still dealing with acne on my cheeks, jawline, and occasionally on my temples. After a dermatologist visit with no great results and products that only made my skin worse, I was excited to find an acne kit that was completely natural. After reading reviews and doing research, I gave this kit a try and seen great results within the first month of using it. My face never looked so clear and smooth, I was so excited to see something natural that worked. However, after consistently using it for almost two months, my face began to get worse. My diet hadn’t changed, nothing in my routine changed… so I was really confused. I was starting to get more inflamed, red, and even itchy acne areas on my face… my chin was the worst. I had never had such a bad reaction to any acne product, it burned when I applied the Clarifying serum to the certain areas that were affected. My chin became so red and irritated. I reached out to customer service about this concern, and with the recommendations to pause certain products like the Clarifying serum, the affected area on my chin finally cleared up. Even though I cut back on not using the charcoal bar and Clarifying serum as much, my acne was still getting worse. Collections of blood-filled cysts were appearing on my cheeks, and I really think it was because of too much oils. I did many different routines to try and make this Clarifying Kit work, using certain products on certain days, having gentle and rest nights… but still wasn’t seeing good results. I tried the kit for 4 months. I love how the products in this kit are all natural, and the charcoal soap and serums feel so soft on your skin, but I think there are just too many oils in the serums and cleansers for acne-prone skin. Looking back at old photos, my face unfortunately looked better when I was using Benzoyl Peroxide than when I was using this kit. This kit unfortunately didn’t work for me, but may show better results for people with less sensitive skin."
