This kit has everything you need to cleanse, balance, treat, and moisturize skin that is struggling with acne.

The Clarifying Cleansing Oil encourages a healthier way to cleanse without harsh soaps or chemicals, leaving the skin clean and glowing.

Charcoal Soap blends activated charcoal, neem oil, and tea tree essential oil for a thorough yet soothing cleanse.

Clarifying Toner balances and soothes the complexion with hypochlorous acid, a nontoxic, naturally occurring molecule our bodies create to help defend against irritation, bacteria, and breakouts. In skincare, HOCl can calm sensitivities, support irritated skin, and help with conditions like acne and dermatitis.

Blue Balance, made with Blue Tansy Flower Oil, can be used on the face to soften irritation and clear breakouts.

Clarifying Serum is made with a blend of powerful acne targeting oils and can used as a spot treatment or all over the face.

Emu oil is a lightweight oil, rich in unsaturated fatty acids (like oleic acid and linoleic acid) that help it absorb well into the skin, lock in moisture, and reinforce the skin’s natural barrier.

1. Cleanse the Clarifying Cleansing Oil. Massage a few squirts into dry skin, then gently remove with a warm damp washcloth or a cotton round.

2. Double Cleanse with the Charcoal Clarifying Soap Bar.

3. Balance the skin with the Clarifying Facial Toner. It can be sprayed on the skin multiples times a day to tone and refresh.

4. The Blue Balance Serum can be applied morning or evening. Just a few drops pressed into your skin. Farm Girl Tip: Drop 2-3 drops into the palm of your hand and then spray 2-3 times with the Facial Toner. Mix together and press directly to the skin.

5. Spot treat breakouts with the Clarifying Serum.

6. Pump 2-3 pumps of the Emu Oil into your hand and press into the skin to lock in moisture.

We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.

Expedited shipping methods (Priority, 3-day, 2-day shipping) only apply to the transit time once the package is with the mail carrier and do not speed up the order processing/fulfillment time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pretty Farm Girl offers Sustainability & Coverage from Corso as shipping protection. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Please contact customerservice@prettyfarmgirl.com for assistance with these claims. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. Failure to include the Insurance in your order will void a refund or replacement of lost or damaged orders.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.  

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Pretty Farm Girl is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.

We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors. 

HEAT WARNING: From May - September, your body butter or face cream may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.

As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, however if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state. 

We are doing as much as we can on our end to ship our body butters and face creams in a condition that will not melt.

The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.

We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. (Please note that shipping time does not affect processing time to pack the order)

If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify. 

The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.

High quality, but didn’t work for my acne

"I’ve had acne for many years, ever since I was a teenager. I’m now 23, and still dealing with acne on my cheeks, jawline, and occasionally on my temples. After a dermatologist visit with no great results and products that only made my skin worse, I was excited to find an acne kit that was completely natural. After reading reviews and doing research, I gave this kit a try and seen great results within the first month of using it. My face never looked so clear and smooth, I was so excited to see something natural that worked. However, after consistently using it for almost two months, my face began to get worse. My diet hadn’t changed, nothing in my routine changed… so I was really confused. I was starting to get more inflamed, red, and even itchy acne areas on my face… my chin was the worst. I had never had such a bad reaction to any acne product, it burned when I applied the Clarifying serum to the certain areas that were affected. My chin became so red and irritated. I reached out to customer service about this concern, and with the recommendations to pause certain products like the Clarifying serum, the affected area on my chin finally cleared up. Even though I cut back on not using the charcoal bar and Clarifying serum as much, my acne was still getting worse. Collections of blood-filled cysts were appearing on my cheeks, and I really think it was because of too much oils. I did many different routines to try and make this Clarifying Kit work, using certain products on certain days, having gentle and rest nights… but still wasn’t seeing good results. I tried the kit for 4 months. I love how the products in this kit are all natural, and the charcoal soap and serums feel so soft on your skin, but I think there are just too many oils in the serums and cleansers for acne-prone skin. Looking back at old photos, my face unfortunately looked better when I was using Benzoyl Peroxide than when I was using this kit. This kit unfortunately didn’t work for me, but may show better results for people with less sensitive skin."
