We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.
Expedited shipping methods (Priority, 3-day, 2-day shipping) only apply to the transit time once the package is with the mail carrier and do not speed up the order processing/fulfillment time.

We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Pretty Farm Girl offers Sustainability & Coverage from Corso as shipping protection. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. My eyelids were puffed up, I had puddles above my cheekbones, and I had rough, red patches under my eyes and on my cheeks. I looked like I had been hit in the face.
