We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.

Expedited shipping methods (Priority, 3-day, 2-day shipping) only apply to the transit time once the package is with the mail carrier and do not speed up the order processing/fulfillment time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pretty Farm Girl offers Sustainability & Coverage from Corso as shipping protection. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Please contact customerservice@prettyfarmgirl.com for assistance with these claims. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. Failure to include the Insurance in your order will void a refund or replacement of lost or damaged orders.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.  

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Pretty Farm Girl is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.

We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors. 

HEAT WARNING: From May - September, your body butter or face cream may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.

As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, however if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state. 

We are doing as much as we can on our end to ship our body butters and face creams in a condition that will not melt.

The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.

We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. (Please note that shipping time does not affect processing time to pack the order)

If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify. 

The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.

"I love this toner! It’s so refreshing, and has a nice light clean smell to it. I’ve been using it along with the clarifying cleansing oil and the clarifying serum, and they have done wonders for my acne and overall skin tone! Definitely worth your money

"I was a little apprehensive to buy this set thinking it was a little expensive, but it is definitely worth the money. A little of each product goes a long way and each product serves its purpose. I have only started using them for a couple days and I can already tell my problems that I have with going through menopause have already started feeling less dry and more healthy and moisturized without any breakouts. Just starting with the blue beauty soap bar leaves my skin feeling so clean and moistuized. I have never experienced that before. Normally after cleansing I experience the tight skin feeling and have to get moisturizer on right away. At the end of the routine applying the blue beauty moisturizer I feel like I've had a luxurious fancy spa treatment on my face. In the morning after applying this luxurious treatment I'll apply my Odacite tinted moisturizer with sunscreen that I also purchase from prettyfarmgirl which is also worth the money and gives me the right amount of natural feeling coverage. At the end of the day I use my clear and calm routine again and my face feels so moisturized and clean before bed. The smell of these products in this set are very light and pretty. It reminds me of honeysuckle. Thank you pretty farm girl for providing all of these amazing and natural products that are so effective and luxurious. Very Disappointing

"I had such high hopes for these products as the reviews were overwhelmingly positive. Particularly in helping folks with rosacea and sensitive skin, both of which I struggle with. I was very excited to try some products to help my rosacea that were more natural that what is typically on the market. I'm sad to say that after two weeks of consistent use my skin is red, flaky, dry and very broken out from where it was prior to use. The only other time in my life my rosacea has been this angry was during my pregnancies (I am 100% not pregnant now). Shame on me for not doing my homework on the return/refund policy. Very disappointed overall."
