Why This DIY Works

Each ingredient serves a purpose:

Lemon Juice

Lemon contains natural acids that can help gently brighten the appearance of skin and support a more even-looking tone.

Sugar

Sugar acts as a natural exfoliant that helps remove dead skin buildup sitting on the surface of the skin.

Poppy Seeds

Poppy seeds provide an additional layer of physical exfoliation, helping smooth rough texture and leaving skin feeling polished and refreshed.

Together, these ingredients create a simple scrub that feels luxurious without needing a complicated routine.
